  • Completed treatments are non‑refundable. If concerns arise, please speak with our team before leaving the clinic so we can assess and advise.
  • Pre‑paid packages or memberships are non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash; unless stated otherwise, they expire 12 months from purchase.
